Process ControlAnalysis, development, implementation and qualification of global solutions in compliance with the GAMP/EuraLex regulations. Automation & supervisory control of bioreactors, freeze-dryers, filling machines, batch applications, utilities management & clean-in-place (CIP) systems.

Alarm Management SystemBiiON's AMS is a powerful Alarm Management System solution tailored for medium to large sites. With AMS you can be sure that the critical alarms generated by the technical production infrastructure will be distributed to the right locations, recorded and resolved by the necessary actions.

Electrical EngineeringElectrical Engineering is BiiON's department you can rely on for the assembly of electrical cabinets and their installation on site. The on site activities include cabling, instrumentation connection and qualification tests, hardware infrastructure equipment installation and qualification.

Tracking & TracingBiiON has acquired significant experience in designing Tracking and Tracing systems. Including real time "Work in Progress" monitoring that checks the authorized paths dynamically during the different production steps.

ValidationBiiON's validation team has a pragmatic approach to jobs requiring specific pharmaceutical QA expertise. We use the risk based approach (RBA) to optimize our test plans. Priorities include saving time and money while remaining able to manage changes.
