Our tracking and tracing system allows you to get a complete and clear track record from the manufacturing order for the relevant quantity of a given product type until the final production report. Our system secures time stamped logs of the key information at each step of the process: recipe parameter set, formulation, BOM/BOQ, asset consolidation, statuses and quality indicators.
Traceability of the process and materials via barcode & RFID. ERP interfacing: communication of data & management of manufacturing orders.
Our developers are familiar designing real time tracking systems that are showing “work in process” information and check the authorized path of production steps dynamically.
The tracing elements are introduced at the very beginning of the real time data management system development stage. This enables to make sure the information is delivered at the right hierarchical level in order to be able to configure the propagation from child to parent and reversely.
